Licensed Clinical Social Worker
More About Me

I work from home with three cats. You will most likely see one or two of them pop into the session for a quick hello! I love coffee, tea, and mornings with a good book.
I create digital products for fellow therapists and mental health professionals: worksheets, project templates, and Google Slides tools designed to support virtual sessions with ease and intention. My online store is an extension of my therapeutic values: accessible, affirming, and rooted in creativity. I love helping clinicians bring more creativity and emotional resonance into their work. I lean into this process when I do therapists consultations as well.
I find peace in hiking, kayaking, and being near water. Any spaces where I can exhale, reconnect, and listen inward. Connection fuels me. I cherish time with my partner and close friends, sharing meals, laughing hard, and being fully present. I believe in creativity, community, and showing up authentically in every space I enter. Whether I’m in session with a client, creating a new design, or sitting around a fire with people I love, I’m drawn to moments that feel real, raw, and alive. There are many moments in life that help create our best selves.
Who do I work with?
I work with individuals exploring identity, navigating complex trauma, moving through overwhelming life transitions, and unpacking harmful religious experiences. Many of my clients are curious about how their lived experiences shape who they are and how they engage with the world.
I specialize in affirming care for queer, trans, and gender-expansive folks, and I support those processing religious trauma or spiritual abuse. I also work with partners—including those in non-monogamous relationships—who want to deepen intimacy, improve communication, and move through transitions with clarity and connection.
I work with youth ages 16 and up who are transitioning into adulthood, finishing their final years of high school, or figuring out what comes next. I also support teens who have stepped away from traditional schooling and are working to reconnect with their education, goals, and sense of direction.
How do I work?
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in compassion. I show up as my full self—tattoos, septum ring, fun jewelry, and a funky coffee mug. I invite you to do the same. Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded in trust. I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to be seen, heard, and understood.
Sessions are shaped by your pace and your needs. Whether you're processing grief, exploring identity, or reconnecting with your inner voice, I offer a space that honors complexity and celebrates growth.
