Licensed Clinical Social Worker

My Values
This practice is a space where your complexity is welcomed, your identity is honored, and your growth is supported. Whether you’re here to heal, to learn, or to build something new, I’m so glad you found your way here.
Being a therapist is one of the most impactful honors of my life. I don’t take lightly the trust it takes to show up, be seen, and do the work. My practice is built on a foundation of authenticity, relational care, and radical affirmation. Whether you’re a client, a fellow clinician, or someone exploring your next steps, this space is designed to meet you with warmth, curiosity, and respect.
🧠 Human-Centered & Trauma-Informed
I believe healing happens in relationship with others. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care, meaning I prioritize safety, choice, and collaboration in every session. I honor your lived experience and recognize how systems (family, culture, politics, capitalism) shape the way we move through the world.
🌈 Queer & Trans Affirming
I know how powerful it is to be seen without explanation. I specialize in supporting LGBTQ+ clients, including trans, non-binary, and gender-expansive folks, with care that is affirming, nuanced, and never performative. I also support cis clinicians in building competence and humility when working with queer and trans clients.
🎨 Creative & Expressive
Healing isn’t always linear, verbal, or clinical. I integrate creative tools like visual mapping, art-based exercises, and metaphor into sessions! Especially with teens, neurodivergent clients, and those navigating identity work. I also design workshops that blend art, intersectionality, and practical tools for therapists.
🧩 Relational & Real
I show up as a whole person in the therapy room. That means I’m not a blank slate. I believe in being chill, grounded, and attuned to the vibe that works best for you. I support other therapists in deconstructing the hyper-clinical model we’re often taught and building practices that feel human and sustainable.
📚 Transparent & Practical
I’m here for the real questions. Whether you’re wondering how to start a private practice, navigate licensure, or write a social media disclaimer, I offer consultation that’s honest, detailed, and actionable. I’ve built my own practice from scratch, transitioned my license across states, and created tools that I now share with others.
🌿 Intersectional & System-Aware
Mental health doesn’t exist in a vacuum. I take a systemic approach to therapy, exploring how race, gender, class, religion, ability, and other identities intersect with your experience. I specialize in supporting clients through religious trauma, faith deconstruction, and purity culture recovery, and I bring both personal and professional insight into that work.
