Consultation for Therapists and Students

This is your space to ask anything, get real answers, and walk away feeling clear, empowered, and ready to take action!

Let’s be real, being a therapist is one of the deepest honors of my life. It’s also really hard some days! Beyond the work I do with clients, I love supporting fellow therapists and grad students who are navigating the wild, beautiful mess of this field.
Consultation with me is chill, collaborative, and packed with value. We’ll meet via Zoom, talk through what’s on your mind, and dive straight in. Most folks come with a laundry list of questions. You are welcome to ask anything from writing social media disclaimers, helping with burnout, creating digital products together, working with clients that don't want therapy, onboarding new clients and building affirming practices.

I’m here to be your one-stop-shop for burning questions, quiet fears, and big excitements.
You ask. I answer. And if I don’t know something? I’ll dig deep, ask around, and do everything I can to find out.
Whether you're just starting out or deep in the work, this space is for you.

What I Offer in Therapist-to-Therapist Consultation

I love supporting fellow clinicians! Especially when it comes to the real, nuanced, messy parts of working with clients. Here are some of the areas I’m most passionate about:

  • Supporting folks navigating religious trauma, faith deconstruction, or purity culture recovery

  • Working with trans and non-binary clients as a cis provider, with humility and care

  • Working with youth that are resistant to therapy but are in therapy due to their parents.

  • I have worked in day treatment, vocational settings, high school, senior facilities,  and virtual outpatient.

  • Practicing as a relational therapist and building genuine, attuned connections with clients

Above everything else, I’m an authentic therapist who’s deeply invested in helping others unlearn the blank-slate, hyper-clinical model we’re often handed in grad school. I specialize in youth life transitions, "Volun-told clients", religious trauma, recovering from homelessness, LGBTQ care, and relational therapy and I bring both lived experience and clinical expertise to the table.

As a human with an extensive amount of lived experiences, I know how powerful it is to integrate the personal and professional. That’s exactly what I offer in consultation: a space where you can ask hard questions, explore your perspectives, and feel seen.

Note: Consultation is not a substitute for clinical supervision.

New & Upcoming Grads + Curious Future Therapists

I graduated with my MSW in 2020—right in the middle of the pandemic, when everything felt chaotic and out of control. I was moving to a new state, trying to figure out how to launch a career in a field that suddenly looked very different than I had imagined. I had questions about licensing, private practice, income, supervision, and how to even begin. There weren’t many clear answers.

Now, years later, I’ve worked in outpatient settings for three years, supported high school clients for five, and I’m in the process of transitioning my license and building a brand-new practice from scratch in a new state. I’ve navigated interviews, built systems, created digital tools, and learned how to market myself in ways that feel authentic and aligned.

If you’re a grad student, a new clinician, or someone curious about becoming a therapist, I’d love to support you. We’ll talk about what it really looks like to build a career in this field—because it’s not one-size-fits-all. Every therapist’s path is different, and together we can build a plan that reflects your goals, values, and vision.

In our consultation, you can ask about:

  • How to market yourself and build visibility online

  • How to track expenses and understand the financial side of private practice

  • What supervision looks like and how to find someone aligned with your style

  • How to prepare for interviews and ask the right questions

  • What it takes to start your own practice, especially in a new state

You bring your questions, fears, and hopes. I’ll bring real answers, spreadsheets, lived experience, and a whole lot of encouragement.

Note: Consultation is not a substitute for clinical supervision.
